You are invited to arrive any time between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the day of your arrival and to leave on the day of your departure by 10 a.m. in order to give us time to get the tent ready for the next guests.   Please let us know if these times do not suit you.  You are allocated one car per tent which will not be allowed in the paddock.  The car park is conveniently a very short distance from the tents.

We regret that we cannot allow dogs or other pets on to the site.

Other guests and our property must be respected and noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times and to a minimum after dark.   Anyone not abiding by these terms will be asked to leave and will not be refunded.    We reserve the right to refuse to hand over any tent to anyone who in our reasonable opinion is not suitable to take charge of it, a refund will be offered in these circumstances.

If you have any complaints, please let Avril or Aileen, the owners, know immediately so that it can be sorted out straight away, we will do everything that is reasonable in our power to put things right.

Losses or damage caused by you or your party (normal wear and tear excluded) may be charged for.   Please advise of any breakages, damage or inconvenience as soon as possible, we would like to have the opportunity to remedy the problem to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and to ensure subsequent guests are not inconvenienced.

During your stay we ask that you take all reasonable steps to protect our property.
On departure please leave your tent in a clean and tidy condition.   We would be very grateful if on leaving, all the bits and pieces are left in the places you found them, as listed on the inventory, which is a huge help in getting the tent ready for the next guests.

No smoking or naked flames are allowed in the tents except for when lighting covered tea lights.   Please make sure cigarettes are fully extinguished and disposed of safely.

Fires are not permitted anywhere outside the tents, except in the designated Fire Pit Areas. Barbecue equipment must be used outside and a reasonable distance from the tents and must be used with charcoal and solely for cooking.
